The homely feel at Oxenford House is nurtured by our staff. Our team have been carefully selected not only for their professional ability, but also because of their dedication and commitment to making a difference by helping everyone in the home to have a happy, independent and fulfilling life.
Our valued team of care, administrative, housekeeping and catering staff, undertake both in-house and external training that cover all areas required by CQC and other professional bodies. This enables our staff to successfully meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of our Residents.
We also build up relationships with students from local schools who on a weekly basis, visit residents whilst aiming for their Duke of Edinburgh Award or in gaining experience before applying to medical school. We find the interaction between the different generations is mutually beneficial to all involved.
